Directive on Accompanied Luggage in the absence of the passenger

Kindly note that when a passenger(s) is not travelling in a vehicle with their luggage and they pay for seats for their luggage(s), the luggage(s) should automatically be transferred to the Logistics station to handle. Proper inspection of the Luggage(s) MUST be carried out before registration of the luggage(s) regardless of Our (Company) relationship with the sender.

Logistics solely handles the transaction with the sender and thus a PID is generated for the parcel and tagged.
