Mandatory Use of Food Item (FI) Stickers and Proper Parcel Storage
Dear Team,
We have observed a significant increase in rat attacks and parcel damages, which is deeply concerning. A major contributing factor is the failure to consistently follow our established procedure of attaching a Food Item (FI) sticker during the registration of food items.
The FI sticker is a critical part of our operational process and must be treated with utmost importance. Neglecting its use exposes us to multiple risks, including customer dissatisfaction, financial losses from product replacements, and reputational damage.
To prevent these avoidable issues, every Customer Service Representative (CSR) must strictly adhere to the following guidelines:
-
Mandatory FI Sticker Usage:
All food items must be registered with an FI sticker attached. Any CSR who fails to attach the sticker will be held fully accountable for any resulting damages and will face disciplinary action. -
Proper Sticker Placement:
The FI sticker must be placed visibly and directly next to the barcode. It must not be positioned elsewhere on the parcel. Ensure that the sticker is not cover the GUOL Tape or GUOL Logo in boxes. -
Adequate Storage:
Ensure that your station has proper storage facilities (e.g., protective drums). If your station does not have a drum, please send an email immediately to request one.
Let us all pay closer attention to parcel registration and inspection to eliminate these avoidable challenges and uphold our service standards.
